Reaction to Manuel Perez's "Pacquiao Wants Cotto’s WBO Title to Be On the Line For the Fight"

Again my comment was blocked (because I was in a firewall and site rules that posters should not be using any proxy Yell)

Anyways this is what I think of the article posted by rabid Cotto fan Manuel Perez: 

Forget Cotto. Shane is willing to put anything in the line to face the Pacman.
Point in place, and I think this writer has forgotten, Manny is the draw that's why he is the one who is asking concessions. If Cotto was the draw, I think Manny would just give way to what Cotto wants.
Call the fight off and let's see what Cotto and his fans would say or do. (I think they'll even agree to 143 if they have to.) 

I am not against the divisional weight limits but even the WBO president agrees (though I think he also has his bias) that the title should be in line. What do you think guys? (Btw, I haven't installed yet the component module for Joomla but I will soon and I love to hear from my fellow Pacman fans out there.)
